I have been using him for several months now. The owner comes out to do the work himself. When he treats the exterior, he wipes the cobwebs out of my eves as well. I’m a first time home owner, so I’ve only ever dealt with big corporate companies that my apartment buildings hired to handle pest control issues. Honestly, the whole thing was something I was really dreading because…boo.responsibility! A+ made the whole experience seem like hanging out with a friend. I like that. I like that a lot. On top of that, many companies around here don’t handle pests outside of your “normal” “run of the mill” critters like bugs and sometimes mice. Now, I hope I never ever have to call him for this, but I’m terrified of snakes – so terrified that I need someone who’s not afraid to come handle them should they ever become a problem. We live in the south. Snakes are pretty common.David reassured me over and over that if this ever happened to me, he had my back. It’s nice to rest easy knowing that I have someone to call should the situation ever call for it. Add to that? I did a lot of research on companies before going with A+. I called around to every company that services my area and got quotes. David’s prices really can’t be beat. His quarterly fees are on par (or cheaper) with all of the other companies and his initial service is hands down the best value you’ll find.
